Senior Management Accountant (Part Time – 3-4 days per week) | Leeds area | £50,000 – £55,000

The Opportunity

Are you a qualified accountant looking for better work life balance ?  Part time roles can be reasonably hard to come across.  Part time roles in growing businesses where you can make an actual difference are even more rare! This is an owner led group which is delivering year on year double digit growth.  They have recently hit the £30m turnover mark and expect to be £50m+ in 3 years time.You’ll be reporting to the approachable, talented and down to earth FD and your role is effectively ‘number 2 in finance’.

You’ll be responsible for finalising the month end pack, P&L / variance analysis, balance sheet integrity and year end duties, assisting budgeting, forecasting, cash management and general business partnering.  There’s lots of data and you’ll have chance to provide insightful MI and ad hoc project reporting for the MD.The role is ideally designed to be 3 days / 3.5 days per week and can fit around you (3 full days or 5 shorter days, for example).

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Experience as senior management accountant, finance manager or perhaps FC level.

• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
• A team player who can mentor and coach less experienced colleagues.

Based near Batley West Yorkshire – office based 3 days per week.  Full time salary up to £55k.
