You are working with a driven and highly capable Head of Finance – someone who has progressing into a senior finance role at a relatively early stage of their own career.  They are looking for someone who wants to progress their career – a naturally proactive Assistant Management Accountant / Management Accountant who is looking to progress to FC level swiftly.

The role is broad and business facing – a chance to be involved in interesting projects that will see you out and about in the group – talking to colleagues across operational and commercial functions at all levels.

The Head of Finance is looking to transition into the fully fledged FD role and as such there is loads of headroom for your career to develop rapidly.

It’s a business with VC investment and there is plenty of ongoing growth (plus acquisition) expected – again awesome experience for the right person.

You will be:

• Someone who has completed an accounting and finance degree (or AAT).
• Currently progressing through ACCA or CIMA.
• Commercially aware with excellent analytical skills.
• Able to demonstrate experience of management accounts prep – you’ll have bulletproof understanding of double entry / debits & credits!
• Confident using Excel to produce meaningful insights and valuable MI.
• Keen to push on with your career and personal development.
